This professional freezer with a capacity of 1200L is an asset to any large catering kitchen. The freezer has two self-closing doors so that it is easy to take the right products out of the freezer. On the six height-adjustable shelves, you can fit plenty of 2/1 GN containers. This professional freezer is also equipped with a lock and two keys are supplied. Precise temperature control

The digital temperature controller on this freezer makes it very easy to set the right temperatures, within the range of -10 to -20°C. To get the most out of this professional appliance, you should place it in an area with an ambient temperature of up to 43°C. The freezer includes a fan-assisted cooling system which also features a special cooling cycle to help reduce ice build-up. The refrigerant used in this robust freezer is R290, which is CFC-free. Lastly, the freezer is mobile. It comes with four wheels, including two brakes, to make it easier to move when needed.  

Easy to clean

Just like other catering appliances, a freezer needs to be cleaned regularly. This is not a problem, thanks to the stainless steel interior and exterior of this freezer. Before you begin to clean the freezer, it first has to be defrosted. After that, you can use a slightly damp cloth and a mild detergent to wipe down all the surfaces. After cleaning, it is important to dry everything thoroughly with a soft cloth.
